can I track my order?
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a USPS delivery
confirmation number that can be used to track the delivery
of your treasures online at www.USPS.com.
You can also track your order through Paypal's online order
tracking system.
What
payment options do you accept?
Through the magic of Paypal, we gladly accept Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, American Express, or personal checks. You don't
even need a Paypal account - just the Happy Ending you were
searching for!
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
We’re obligated to collect sales tax for shipments delivered
only within Washington State.
How
are packages shipped?
Our packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation. Shipping and delivery days are Monday – Saturday,
excluding holidays.
Do
you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes?
We certainly do, using the magic of the US Postal Service!
Do
you ship outside of the United States?
Currently,
we offer International Shipping to parts of Europe, Canada,
or Australia using USPS International Priority Mail. International
Shipping is an additional $35.00 added to the regular shipping
price. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your treasures
to arrive.

How
long does it take to ship a package?
With a generous sprinkling of pixie dust, we guarantee delivery
within 4 business days as our regular, non-premium service
for in-stock items, depending on your location. We ship
all in-stock merchandise promptly. There’s no extra shipping
charge for backordered shipments and credit card orders
aren’t processed until they leave our warehouse.
What
is your return policy?
Our Heartfelt Guarantee - We've
taken great care in creating some amazing children's designs
that we hope will charm, surprise and delight you. We love
each and every item and sincerely hope you will, too. If
for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with any product
you receive, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase
date and we'll gladly refund the full cost of the item.
Please
note: shipping and gift wrapping charges cannot be
refunded, unless it was our mistake. While we really don't
like to use the word "BUT"... we can not accept returns/exchanges
of custom-made, personalized, items that have the tags removed,
or those that have been worn.
How
do I make a return/exchange?
Returning an item to Second Star Designs is as easy as placing
your order. Please fill out the return/exchange form on
the back of your original packing slip. If this piece of
paper has been misplaced in the course of your busy life,
just jot a quick note to let us know what you'd like us
to do regarding your return. Be sure to include your name,
address, phone number and email address. If
you have a moment, please provide a brief explanation of
the reason for your return. It'll help us to do better next
time. Securely package the item(s) to be returned so it
travels safely. Ship the package via USPS, UPS, or any other
insured shipping service to the following address: Second
Star Designs, Attn: Returns Dept., 2801 NE 80th Street,
Vancouver, WA 98665. Returns will be promptly handled upon
their arrival in our warehouse. Look for an exchange or
check refund to arrive within a few short weeks. Credit
card refunds require a bit more patience—they’ll appear
in your next billing cycle.
How
do I purchase a gift certificate?
At this time, Second Star Designs does not offer gift certificates.
Do
you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping adds a delightful touch. We carefully
hand-finish your gift with your personal message, pretty
ribbon and a sweet pewter wish token to create a magical
one-of-a-kind presentation. Just $8.50. Certain oversized
items aren’t available for gift wrapping.
How
do I request a catalog?
Due to
the uniqueness of many of the items found on this website
and the frequency of our design changes, you will always
find the most current items available for purchase online.
How
do I unsubscribe from your email list?
As much as we would hate to lose a valued customer from
our e-list, if you want to unsubscribe, please email us
at customerservice@secondstardesigns.com and we’ll promptly
remove your name and address.
